.The practice was established in 2010 by Michael Rathbone after 28 years of experience in the construction industry. Starting at the age of 16 at a Land and Estate Agents in Wooler. Michael was trained up and developed his skills by converting altering and extending various properties on the managed estates.
Michael later worked for an Architectural practice in Berwick-Upon-Tweed before working for the former Berwick Borough Council, carrying out the drawings & preparation of tender and contract documents for the refurbishment of the Council Housing Stock
Then Michael later obtained a position with the former Alnwick District Council as a Building Inspector, where he developed his skills and knowledge of various forms of construction with on site experience.
Michael's wife, Vicki has recently completed a course to carry out Energy Assessments for new build properties and is now a qualified Energy Assessor.
